Competition Terms and Conditions
Participation
The Prize Draw is open to residents of the Great Britain and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of GJ Greenalls, its agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. No purchase necessary.
Each month the competition will randomly draw 25 winners for 10 months. The closing date for submitting your entries each month to the prize draw is: midnight on the last day of each month from April 2011 until January 2012. The final closing day for submitting your entries is the 31st January 2012
How To Enter
Simply complete the entry form with your name and contact details and click the “Vote Now” button.
Prize Attribution
FREE PRIZE DRAW: All entries received by midnight of the last day of each month running from April 2011 through until 31st January 2012 will be entered into the free prize draw.
There will be a total of 250 winners split into 25 winners each month for the 10 months. Each winner will win a Bottle of Greenalls Original London Dry Gin 1L
Winners will be randomly selected and notified by email within 2 weeks of the closing date.
Reasonable endeavours will be made to contact winners. However, if any winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and reward the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original.
General Provisions
No cash or other prize alternatives are available.
No responsibility is taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
Names and counties of the winner will be posted before on the Greenalls website www.greenallsbritishspirit.co.uk for a minimal period of three months. A list of runner up competition winners will be available on request from by sending a SAE to Greenalls Marketing, GJ Greenalls, 25 Floral Street, London, WC2 E9.
The winner may be required to participate in unpaid publicity concerning this Promotion, including attending a photo shoot. Their name may also be posted on the GJ Greenalls Twitter and Facebook pages.
Participants may be asked on the Promotional entry form if they would like to opt-in to receive email updates on the latest news and information from GJ Greenalls. Should the participant opt-in and decide at a later date they would no longer like to receive these updates, they should click on the opt-out link available in the email received.
The Promoter’s decisions in all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promotion will be governed by English law.
