Glass: coupette

Ganish: A long piece of lemon zest knotted and speared with a piece of lemongrass

Ingredients:

50ml Greenall’s London Dry Gin

10ml lemon juice

20ml elderflower cordial

30ml apple juice

5 pieces of kiwifruit (kiwifruit cut into

3 pieces of lemongrass

Method:

Muddle the kiwi, lemongrass and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Add teh rest of the ingredients and shake. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. GArnish with a long piece of lemon zest knotted and speared with a piece of lemongrass.
