How to prepare

Glass: Martini

Garnish: Crushed Parma Violet sweets round the rim on the glass

50ml BLOOM Premium London Dry Gin

25ml Parfair d’Amour (a French liqueur with a citrus base with essence of violets)

12½ ml lemon juice

12½ ml Gomme

Method: Shaken in a Boston with ice and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
