How to prepare
Glass: Flute
Garnish: Ground Liquourice
Ingredients:
35ml Greenall’s London Dry Gin
20ml earl grey tea concerntrate
5ml orange blossom water
15ml lemon juice
15ml egg white
10ml sugar syrup
Method: Add all ingredients, dry shake to emulsify the egg white then shake with ice. Double strain into a champagne glass and sprinkle with ground liquorice.
