How to prepare
Glass: Coupette glass
Garnish: grapefruit twist, mint sprig and small crack of black pepper
50ml BLOOM Premium London Dry Gin
15ml maraschino liqueur
15ml Lillet Rouge
5ml Crème de Menthe
5ml honey syrup
20ml fresh white grapefruit juice
1 egg white
2 sage leaves
Method: Shake all ingredients and double strain into an elegant coupet glass
