How to Prepare
Glass: Coupette
Garnish: Rose Petal
Ingredients:
50ml Earl Grey tea infused Greenall’s London Dry Gin
20ml rose water syrup
5ml caramel syrup
20ml fresh lemon juice
10ml egg whites
Method
Shake and double strain all ingredients into a martini glass. Garnish with a rose petal.
