How to Prepare
Glass: Sling
Garnish: Strawberry
Ingredients:
50ml Earch Grey tea infused with Greenall’s London Dry Gin
20ml rose syrup
5ml caramel syrup
20ml lemon juice
10ml egg white
25ml strawberry puree
50ml cream
Method:
Combine all ingredients (except the lemon) and gently shake to make mixture milkshake like in consistancy. Serve in a high ball glass and garnish with a strawberry.
