How to Prepare

Glass: coupette

Garnish:Cucumber Swirl

Ingredients:

37.5ml Greenall’s London Dry Gin

12.5ml kings ginger liqueur

25ml pressed apple juice

25ml lemon juice

12.5ml ginger and black pepper gomme

2 inches cucumber

Method:

Muddle skinned cucumber in boston shaker, add all other ingredients. Shake and double strain in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cucumber swirl.
