How to Prepare

Glass: old fashioned

Garnish:Lemon wheel, mint sprigs & 2 raspberries

Ingredients:

50ml  Greenall’s London Dry Gin

10ml sugar syrup

10ml lemon juice

10ml pimms n01

ginger beer

Method:

Add all ingredients (except ginger beer) to a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with cubed ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lemon wheel, mint sprigs and two raspberries.
