How to prepare

Glass: Champagne or Martini

Garnish: Egg white form on the top of the cocktail

70ml BLOOM Premium London Dry Gin

70ml Earl Grey essence

17½ ml lemon juice

12½ ml egg white

15ml sugar syrup

2 dashes peach bitters

Method: Shake all ingredients and double strain into glass and add egg white foam on top.
