Garnish: Lemon Slice

2 shots Greenalls London Dry Gin

1 shot freshly squeezed lemon juice

¾ shot of sugar syrup

Method: Shake gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice and strain into an ice filled glass, top up with soda water.
