How to prepare

Glass: Martini

Garnish: Caramelized hazelnut stick

50ml BLOOM Premium London Dry Gin infused with L’Opera tea

15ml fresh homemade opera sugar syrup

1 piece of lemon grass

15ml fresh pear puree

Method: Shake all ingredients together, strain and pour into a martini glass. Spray hazelnut and vanilla liqueur aroma on top of the cocktail.
