How to prepare
Glass: Martini/Coupette
Garnish: Lemon zest twist
2 shots Bloom Premium London Dry Gin
1 shot freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 spoons Orange Blossom runny honey
⅛ of a shot of Madeira liquer
Method: Stir honey and gin in base of shaker to dissolve honey. Add other ingredients; shake with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
