Glass: Martini/Coupette
Garnish: Swathe of lime peel
2 shots Berkeley Square Superior London Gin
¼ shot Velvet Falernum (clove liqueur/syrup)
½ shot freshly squeezed lime juice
Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled Glass .
