How To Prepare:

Glass: Tom Collins 

Garnish : Grapefruit twist

Ingredients:

56 ml BLOOM Gin

14  ml fresh grapefruit Juice

14 ml Chamomile honey

14  ml freah lemon juice

7ml  Egg White

2 dash house orange bitters 

Method:  Add all the  ingredients to your shaker , ice and shake well chilled. Double strain into tom collins glass  and garnish with twist of grapefruit.
