Christian Rose, CEO
Christian Rose's career has included Directorships within NAAFI, Alliance Boots, Albannach Brands and senior commercial roles within Somerfield and Safeway. He is also a non-executive director of Dynamic Leadership plc. His involvement with the drinks industry has included both the on and off trade at a national and an international level and he has worked with a significant number of the major brands in this sector. He has been educated at a variety of business schools including Cranfield University, Ashridge Business School and HEC Business School, Paris.
Ed Baker, Finance Director
Edmund Baker has been appointed as Finance Director of G&J Greenall. His career has included Directorships at ProZone (a sports analysis company) and Coventry City Football Club (the Football League Championship team). He has held various finance roles at the Vita Group (a world leader in chemical polymers), Mitsubishi Motors Europe (the European distributor of Mitsubishi cars) and Ford Motor Company. He has worked for N.M. Rothschild Limited (the investment bank) and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He is a chartered accountant.
Tim Dewey, Marketing Director
Tim Dewey was appointed (interim) Marketing Director in January 2010. Tim brings with him extensive domestic and international drinks marketing experience including roles as International Marketing Director for Smirnoff vodka, head of Diageo's global innovation facility and International Marketing Director for William Grant & Sons. Tim is responsible for building our brands business globally as well as managing innovation across both our branded and own label business.
Karl Frestle, Commercial Director
Karl joined G&J Greenall as Commercial Director in January 2010. Karl was previously at Jordans Cereals and Bass Brewers, and has over 15 years experience of Customer Management and Distributor Management, both in the UK and Internationally.
Donna Alder, Human Resources Director
Donna joined the Company in October 2005. CIPD qualified with over 15 years experience in HR and manufacturing, she is responsible for delivering the company’s HR Strategy. She was instrumental in management after the fire of 2005 and the subsequent re-establishment and relocation of the business.
Mark Parton, Operations Director
Mark joined G&J Greenall in June 2005 as Manufacturing Manager. He has many years manufacturing experience at previous companies including Saint Gobain Glass, Staffordshire Tableware and Wedgewood. Mark’s expertise includes lean manufacturing delivery, and the development of appropriate manufacturing practices.
